What's in my first box?
Your refillable jar in Classic White or Classic Black, your first candle refill and a free Calm Sleep Spray worth £19.99.
When will my box arrive?
All subscription boxes are sent out in the first working week of each month. If you order after that week, your box will go out the following month. For example, order on 5th October and your box will be sent in the first week of November.
How does billing work?
You pay £30 today for your starter box. After that, you're billed £19.99 every 90 days for your next refill. Payments are taken in advance.
We accept debit cards, credit cards and PayPal, and you can update your payment details at any time via your subscription account on our website.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on every subscription box. Subscriptions are delivery only and can't be collected in person.
Can I skip or pause a refill?
Of course. Life happens. Just email us at info@therefillablecandleco.co.uk and we'll skip or pause your next refill for you.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel at any time. Simply email us at info@therefillablecandleco.co.uk and your request will be actioned.
Can I add other items to my order?
When you first start your subscription, please don't add other items to your basket. Once your subscription order is complete, you're welcome to come back and place a separate order.
Can I use discount codes?
Discount codes can't be applied to subscription boxes unless clearly advertised otherwise.
